Automatic Machines for Assembly and Inspection

Our automatic assembly machines are developed in close cooperation with the customer. During the quotation phase, our sales representatives analyze the necessary assembly steps and plan the allocation of the processing and testing tasks as stations of the automatic machines.

The automatic assembly machines can be realized as fully automatic machines with an integrated sorting and feeding technique for bulk items in combination with automated packaging modules for the finished product, or as semi-automatic machines with manual part feed and part removal.

Being a specialist regarding assembly automation, besides the solution for the inspection task we naturally also deliver the peripheral equipment for the feeding, the marking, the sorting, and the packing of the parts – everything from a single source. According to the customer’s specification, we also offer inspection stations for rotary table machines, integrated inspection modules for longitudinal transfer machines, reference measuring stations or autonomous inspection machines.
