Gala for the fitting tribute of the SACHSEN ASSE 2010

On 30th October 2010, humans and companies have been awarded as SACHSEN ASSE that have been made extraordinary accomplishments in the public life of the free state of SAXONY. Therefore, in the forum of Chemnitz – now in 10th year – a gala evening for the fitting tribute of this year award winners.

Under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Free State of Saxony, Stanislaw Tillich, the distinction for creditable and committed work in the categories art & culture, social work, sport, science and economy have been awarded.

In May of this year, the XENON Automatisierungstechnik GmbH has been nominated together with two other candidates by a top-class jury for the award in the category economy. The reasons for the jury have been: “The manager-owned company has success by its own efforts. Nowadays the Dresden’s company is nationwide established within the automation technique.”

The Lord Mayor of Dresden, Helma Orosz, suggested XENON as an “Economic Ace”. It is remarkable that half of the 125 employees are highly qualified and the crisis 2009 has been mastered with common efforts of the management and the employees.

“We emphasize the nomination as SACHSEN ASSE 2010 as a special appreciation of the accomplishment of our company by the citizen of the Free State of Saxony. We have congratulated dearly the award winner of this year - the Roth&Rau AG from Hohenstein-Ernstthal. The excellent development of the Roth&Rau AG to an international successful market leader in the field of photovoltaics is our example”, says Tobias Reissmann in behalf of the XENON management.
